⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Love this house!

Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great for families. We love to play board games and there were 3 spaces great for gaming. Open kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering for meals and to watch tv. Nice area downstairs for kids to play. This house was perfect!

Pikes Peak

The top floor was quite warm two of the nights due to HVAC issues. Overall the house was a good place for our family to stay. We had a great vacation and spent time outside on the patio. Convenient location but two nights the house beside the driveway had a party with loud teenagers.

Perfect stay

Enough Space For Everyone

This was a perfect house for our stay in Colorado Springs. There was more than enough room for all of us (8 adults) to have our own space but also a great area to gather in. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a family dinner and a table big enough for all of us to share a meal. The downtown area was only 10-15 minutes away and there were plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. There was enough room for everyone to sit at the table and counter to eat meals and play cards with the rest of our family next door. They had toys for the little kids to play with. I would definately stay again. There are so many things to do around there.

Colorado Springs Vacation House

This was an awesome house! The check in process was straightforward and the house was super clean upon check in. The space was more than adequate for a group of 12. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by. Walmart and Safeway are both under 10 minutes, and it’s an easy drive to the highway. Overall, I’d recommend this property over most, if not all other properties in the area. Would stay here again!

Spacious and conveniently located

We had a total of 8 children between the ages of 12 and 1, plus 6 adults. We were impressed by the shear space and large number of bedrooms. There is a park within easy walking distance and another park very close (2 minute drive). The location is good- very convenient for the Garden of the gods and it is simple to get on and off the highways to reach other venues south or north. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there is space to park 3 vehicles. The description of the house and pics are accurate. It is neat and tidy. The ceiling fans and vents in a couple of rooms need dusting, but in general it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked (with one exception- no dessert spoons that we could find). I am sure that the owners will remedy that:) We had no issues with communication, opening and closing were straightforward. The rental folks were communicative and not intrusive. Good stay! Pleased and thankful

The house was wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks for haveing use there and will rent again. The neighborhood was wonderful and not far from stores either. We all enjoyed it too.

Lovely Home

We had 12 people staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The three split level was really nice and we especially enjoyed the basement suite with the kids room next door with toys and the bunk bed. I highly recommend.

Perfect family reunion house

We stayed here for my dad's 80th birthday celebration with agents ranging from 1-80. Excellent location, near garden of the gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, parks, and other family activities. The house is a split level with three separate living areas, which makes it nice if some people are resting for others to hang out without disturbance. Very big dining table so that family meals can be enjoyed together. Two-car garage plus spots for three cars. The bunk beds are full size. Highly recommend!

Bro’s wedding

The property is clean and larger than we had expected. We ended up with extra rooms, nobody slept in. The kids enjoyed the toys and games at the location. A short drive to the downtown area. I would recommend this location for large families or groups.

Colorado Family Adventure

The Colorado Family Adventure was an exceptional stay that accommodated four families and was centrally located to all the sites of the Colorado Springs area; Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. The home was spacious, clean, and had plenty of outdoor space for grilling and evenings of family yard games. The only negative of the facility was that our families needed to purchase kitchen linens, additional bath towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Great family memories were made in Colorado Springs - thank you for a fabulous stay in central Colorado Springs.

Great place for family get away

In the foothills of Colorado Springs across from UCCS. Well maintained and huge house for the large extended family.. enjoyed the large table for all and a central location.. strong recommendation. In the middle of all CS has to offer.
