Welcome to our newly renovated, dog-friendly basement suite. This suite is 1100 sf and is entirely private and separated from our upstairs unit. If you stay with us, you’ll only be:


10 minutes from Tejon St and Downtown Colorado Springs
10 minutes from Colorado College
12 minutes from US Olympic Museum
15 minutes to Garden of the Gods
15 minutes from Old Colorado City
20 minutes to Manitou Springs
20 minutes from Peterson Space Force Base
20 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport
30 minutes from the US Air Force Academy

The Space

Make yourself at home with your furry friend! While we live upstairs, you’ll have an entirely separate space to yourself, including a separate back entrance and parking on the property. To ensure your privacy, we keep the staircase door separating our spaces locked at all times, though, you'll still likely hear us and our dogs!

The suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath + a cozy living area featuring a 55” TV and Amazon Firestick. However, the home is BYOL (bring your own login).

The living area also comes with everything you need to prep and eat a small meal. A Galanz mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee-maker, water dispenser, and utensils/plates/utensils will be available for use. Please note, we do NOT have a full kitchen available (no stove/oven, kitchen sink, or dish washer will be provided). Similar to how a hotel suite is setup.

Additionally, you’ll have a washer and dryer all to yourself!

The space can sleep up to 6 guests. We can squeeze 1 more person on the couch if y'all want to get super cozy :)

Bedroom 1 features one King bed with a premium memory foam mattress. In addition, it includes a desk for anyone who’d like to work from the room. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds, along with a large walk-in closet for lots of luggage storage. While our bathroom is small, it is clean, new, and features a gorgeous tile-to-ceiling walk-in shower. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and other toiletry items are also readily available during your comfortable stay! We do not, however, have a hair dryer, straightener or curler available for your use.

On our back patio, we have new 7-person hot tub for your use !

Our home is located in a little neighborhood close to all the amenities you need-- grocery stores, coffee shops, a golf course, and restaurants can be found within a 5 minute drive. Better yet, the best restaurants can be found 10 minutes away along Tejon Street!

Wi-Fi is also included!

Smoking and vaping is prohibited indoors but you're welcome to do so outside. A picnic table is provided for your leisure!

No parties allowed. Please make sure all guests and pets have been accounted for in your reservation.

They had the place clean when we arrived! We loved how spacious and lovely it was our pets were welcomed and they accommodated us on our request which was so nice of them. The host walked us step through step which for a first time user is so helpful from check-in to check-out.The instructions they gave were pretty clear. Parking was great not on the streets is a big plus with two cars. We overall loved the place and were it was situated no issues at night while staying there. 10/10

Hosts were communicative. Great amenities available to be comfortable; but remember there is no real kitchen - which was fine for us as we only cooked a light meal one night. Tried the BBQ but was missing a lighter to get the grill started - they will be resolving this for future guests though!They have an electronic deadbolt but also a manual door knob lock - I accidentally locked the door knob on my way out and locked us out. They came to the rescue quickly! Other than that, their dogs love to howl in the morning; which may be an issue for light and late sleepers. Just for awareness.

4 adults and 2 kids under 11 years old. This place has the best price in town. Spacious 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 king beds. We were given private code entry and parking spots. Overall great experience.

Wonderful space with exceptional hosts

I can’t rave about this place enough- they have set up such a calm, considerate and comfortable space here. Especially as a dog friendly listing they have truly considered all of a guests needs. I was here with my (as of this weekend!) husband, our 10 month old, and our 2 pets. Everything we needed was available, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. There were games, incredibly comfy beds and more - we do look forward to booking here again!

Very cute and perfect space for 5 people! Beds were VERY comfortable! Hot tub was great! And loved having washer and dryer on site! Very clean and great communication. Owners are photographers if you need family photos! We did not get any, but great to know if we are in the area again!

Perfect for pets

Enjoyed our two night stay! Nice space that is well taken care off. Bed was comfortable and the living room was just right for unwinding at the end of the day. The neighborhood is a little interesting, but never unsafe. As with any stay, just get everything out of your car. Hosts were very helpful and communicative throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend especially if you are traveling with a dog!

Excellent location, Modern, updated and wonderfully maintained property!

Our host were very welcoming and kind! We throughly enjoyed our month long stay during the winter. During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom sink and it worked great! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us and your kindness!
