    Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

    We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

    We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

We had a great time and Chad was fantastic. The home was perfect for our family. The size and amenities were really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was appointed. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Colorado Springs.

My stay at this home was absolutely delightful. Great location, the amenities provided were top-notch. I would highly recommend this home. Everything was fantastic! The host was so kind and caring. It’s a large, very clean home, with great amenities, and the beds were so comfortable. We slept so well! We would highly recommend this place, and we will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

This house had everything we needed (and more). When we weren't out exploring, we played pool and Mario Kart on the Wii. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Chad was great with communication and made check in and out very easy.
