House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, (Sleeps 8) STR-0015

Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and spotless, and the owners truly thought of everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a relaxing treat after our days exploring Colorado. The location was ideal; central to all the places we wanted to visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway!

This house had everything we needed (and more). When we weren't out exploring, we played pool and Mario Kart on the Wii. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Chad was great with communication and made check in and out very easy.

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do while staying there, so that is a plus. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

Excellent stay. The house was exactly as listed. Our family loved the game room. The kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking. The hot tub and yard were relaxing. Beds, pillows, towels were super soft and clean.

I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. It's what vacation rentals were like back in the day. We will be back!

This was hands down the BEST stay we have had!It was very clean. The home was well thought out for travelers! Literally you could pack your clothing and go. Just a few of the thoughtful things: Extra pillows blankets linens, single use toiletries in every bathroom, juice, milk, snacks, area guides, baby gear, games. It was apparent that the hosts put thought into their home! Thanks so much!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The house was spacious, with a great layout. Our host were easy to work with and when the Keurig stopped working, they quickly brought in another one to make sure we had our morning coffee. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This property was just what we were hoping for! It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and more! The property owner left us milk, juice, and snacks for all of us! There were plenty of towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap stocked! There’s a Laundry room with all the essentials as well! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub each night, and I was able to cook in a fully stocked (for cooking) kitchen! They even had spices and condiments available! Chad was very communicative and kind as well. I’d definitely stay here again!
