  • This trilevel home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, boasts two fully separate units, each with its own entrance and private backyard, providing ultimate privacy and flexibility. The bottom unit, which is currently rented out long-term, has its entrance at the back of the house, providing easy and discrete access.

    On the other hand, the top unit is where the main entrance door and parking area are located in the driveway and the cul-de-sac. Upon entering the top unit, you will be greeted with a spacious and naturally lit living room space that flows seamlessly into the dining room area and a fully functional kitchen, making it an ideal space for entertaining or everyday living.

    As you make your way upstairs, you will find three generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on the left side. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king canopy bed that exudes elegance and comfort. The attached bathroom is equipped with a shower.

    The second bedroom features a queen bed.The third bedroom is perfect for kids or guests, featuring a bunk bed with a full-size and twin mattress. Another bathroom is located on this level, complete with a bathtub.

    Step outside into the backyard, and you will find a comfortable seating area. The grill adds an extra touch, making it an ideal space for nice get-togethers with family and friends.

    One of the many standout features of this home is its abundance of natural light, making every room feel bright and airy. The cozy and updated interior is immaculately clean, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you will not want to leave. Overall, this trilevel home offers the perfect blend of privacy, functionality, and style, making it an ideal space for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

We only needed a place for 5 people to sleep for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The property is so clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds and linens were so comfortable. Will stay here again.

Perfect for us while moving across country

We booked this rental due to selling our house and moving across country. We needed somewhere to stay with beds and amenities after movers came but we were still stuck here with odds and ends. This place was absolutely perfect! They had seasonings for cooking, plenty of blankets and bedding. I will say that the laundry that is advertised is not in unit. They have noted in the fine print that you need to contact host, who lives downstairs, for a single load per day and any extra expense per load. I did not read that prior to booking. Also there was an odd smell for a brief period of time, possibly coming from downstairs. Stairs are a bit squeaky and the neighbor to the left likes to stare a bit, even walked out of her driveway to watch me take out trash. The stay was still great!
