"We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! "This was our first time visiting Durango so stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The experience was amazing, loved the historical vibe. The hotel provided warm chocolate chip cookies, a hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. The breakfast and dining area was wonderful and service top notch. What a way to start our annual Mother/Daughter. The only issue was not being able to stay longer."

The staff was amazing, the room had was spacious and clean. There was direct access to the parking lot and grass area which made it so easy to take my dogs out.
