House Rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Animals are accepted upon request with a supplement of €30 per stay and per animal.



🧹Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional service called "complete apartment cleaning" for 30 € before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking for this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60 € will be charged to you.



📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after your reservation, as well as the information necessary for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
