Encantador apartamento nuevo en una hermosa villa a pocos pasos del centro.

Es un apartamento con aire acondicionado, totalmente creado en 2016, amueblado y decorado para la comodidad de los huéspedes con servicios y equipos de alta gama. Con una ubicación ideal, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de TGV (300 metros) y del centro histórico de la ciudad, el alojamiento es completamente independiente. Consiste en una cocina moderna totalmente equipada abierta al salón / comedor con acceso directo a la terraza privada, dos dormitorios: uno con una cama de 160X200 y el otro con dos camas de 90X200 que se pueden ensamblar para hacer un Cama king size 180X200. Cada habitación tiene su baño privado contiguo con ducha y lavabo, así como un baño, uno de los cuales está separado. Tiene dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas en la propiedad cerrada, acceso al jardín compartido con el propietario. El equipamiento para bebés se proporcionará de forma gratuita bajo petición (cama con protector de colchón y sábana ajustable, baño, cambiador, trona y batidora). Ven y disfruta de Colmar, sus museos, Little Venice, sus eventos y sus restaurantes. ¡Te guiaremos como desees y te enviaremos nuestras mejores direcciones!

Good location. Good amenities

Ground floor apartment in convenient location for train station and short walk to town. Kitchen amenities excellent. Host and hostess were very helpful. Laundry facilities were excellent Handwashing in second bathroom appeared to be diluted. Insufficient toilet paper provided for a 5 day stay for 4 people. It would have been good to have more information provided in binder in English and also directions provided for supermarkets within walking distance.

A Truly 5 Star Accommodation

Greeted by a beautiful, sparkling, spacious garden apartment as well as welcoming gifts from the hosts. This accommodation is more than just a 5 star place. Beautiful tree lined street, close to all shops, restaurants and train station. Everything done with thought and perfection. I cannot recommend enough.

Modern Apt in Upscale Area

Spacious, modern, picturesque, very clean, private apartment with well-appointed kitchen, deck overlooking yard, and two en suites in a stately French building. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. Short walk to train. The a/c leaked and was noisy so it was unusable at night. Dryer wouldn’t work properly so had to put clothes in the sun; owner was responsive and sent agent to check but apparently repair people were on holiday since it was August. Would enjoy staying there again if these are fixed.

Beautiful Colmar

Situated at the back of a beautiful Colmar villa with views and access to a terrace and city garden plus easy parking its perfect. Gives you a real sense of living in the city. Very nicely furnished and setup. Location couldn’t be better 5-10 min walk to the central streets and tourist spots plus excellent host. One of our favourite stays.

Modern Stay in a Quiet Colmar Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It had all the modern conveniences plus extras like condiments for cooking and a welcome gift of wine and traditional cake. We appreciated the air conditioning on hot days, and we also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pretty yard with coffee or wine. The location is very convenient to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. We were able to park our car for free, and also use the laundry facilities. Rose was a friendly, thoughtful host and made us feel welcome.

Perfect spot for your Colmar visit

You are far enough away from the old town of Colmar hustle, but a short walk (less than 15 minutes) in the middle of it all. Supermarket is a short drive, and the train station is a five minute walk. Champ de Mar park is also right around the corner. The apartment had all one would need for any cooking; has a laundry room (didn’t use), and very comfortable, clean and quiet. A very safe neighborhood.

Easter in Colmar

We had a great visit to Colmar over Easter, and the suite was the perfect place to stay. It was beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and extremely kind, offering to drive us to the car rental location and bringing us some Easter treats! We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful neighborhood, as well as the garden and the big deck where we could enjoy the sunshine. Thank you!

An incredible villa in Colmar

Every once in a while you have an experience that so exceeds your expectations that it surprises you. Such is the experience of Villa Rosa in Colmar. It would be impossible for me to share all of the things that made this the most amazing vacation - but I will try. Lets start with the owners who were kind and helpful in making all the arrangements. They were out of town during our stay so they arranged for their lovely friends to meet us at the train station and walk us to the Villa and show us around. These same friends (who became our friends) then met us the next day (a Sunday) and toured us around Colmar giving us an "insiders" view and providing shortcuts and tips that we used the entire visit. The Villa is astonishing. It is quite modern and has every luxury one could possibly want. But the real luxuries are the natural ones - an incredible backyard and patio where we spent hours playing cards and drinking local Reisling. The unbelievable location - a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the old town. Little Venise is literally a few minutes walk - and the Villa is nestled in a beautiful property next to the Court of Appeal and a gorgeous old water tower. Every night we would stroll home with the water tower as our guide to the Villa. We walked everywhere - and I mean everywhere. We ate at so many interesting wonderful restaurants. We found our local boulangerie. We hiked in the local woods along the Launch river. We rented bicycles and rode to nearby towns. We visited local domaines such as Trimbach and Weinbach and brought back wine which we drank on the back patio. In short, this Villa allowed us to become "locals" and live within this magical place on the planet. We could eat lunch at "home" with a fun plate of local sausages, white asparagus, incredible breads and pretzels etc. and then eat dinner at any number of wonderful restaurants - all walking distance. We could order a tarte flambe and bring it "home" with us and eat it outside on a beautiful Alsatian night with a bottle of Reisling. We felt at home here. Colmar is safe and an experience for the senses - with wonderful things to see, eat and drink. The owners could not have been nicer or more communicative. And they put us in touch with locals who took good care of us in the early days and then stayed in touch to make sure everything was perfect. To say this was a great experience would be an understatement. It was truly incredible.

Ideal für 2 Paare und schön ruhig zentral gelegen

Stilvoll ausgestattete schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Kontaktaufnahme war professionell und wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen. Zwei schöne Doppel Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern sind für 2 Paare oder Eltern mit pubertierenden Kindern ideal, kein Streit um den Spiegel vor dem Frühstück. Bahnhof und Little Venice schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
