Fantastic Place!

We had a weekend stay at Studio 12, but wished it could have been longer. Matt and Shay’s Studio 12 was fantastic! It was absolutely one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve experienced. Our hosts had lights “on” as well as a very comfortable temperature in the studio as we arrived very late. The special touches, soft bedding and towels were wonderful! We hope to book this amazing VRBO again soon!

Classy and cozy!

We spent the weekend for an Aggie football game at Studio 12 and love it the minute we met the owners in their driveway, with smiles and a friendly welcome they directed us to our weekend home. The minute we walked into our upscale and sheek weekend stay, we were pleased. Everything was clean, new and homey yet modern. The owners offered many thoughtful touches that go beyond the call of duty! We appreciated that extension of kindness. The location is close to an awesome HEB if groceries are needed, its in a residential area just 5-10 minutes from campus for easy access to activities but set up for a "get away" if you are looking for some relaxation. We enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhoods and watching the pretty hummingbirds in the backyard. This is a location we would enjoy returning to in the future!

Texas A&M game

Loved our stay here for a game. Close and convenient. The host had all we needed with extra touches. Even though this place is on their property we never felt our privacy compromised and comforted knowing they were there if we needed anything. The place was spacious and so cute!!! Loved it!!

Wonderful!

Loved the studio and will be back! We had 4 adults stay and it was a little tight with one bathroom but we managed and loved all the special touches! Thank you for allowing us to rent your Studio 12!

My husband and I stayed with another couple in the cute Studio 12 space for an Aggie Football game and absolutely loved it! The space is brand new, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the little touches and refreshments waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommend booking this place. We plan to come back in the future! :)

Delightful apartment in College Station

This delightful apartment was bright, comfortable and well-appointed. The owners, Matt and Shay, were wonderful to work with...they were accessible, warm, and helpful. All that we needed was provided. Looking forward to our next stay.

A gem in College Station

I waited too late to book a room in CS for Ring Day/Parent Weekend & there was nothing available in the area. I turned to Homeaway & found this little gem of an apartment for the same price as one of the higher end hotels but considering there was not much else available I went ahead & booked it. The owners, Matt & Shay Purcell were the perfect hosts. Matt emailed & texted me with all the information I needed prior to my arrival and they both greeted us upon our arrival. The apartment is newly built on top of the garage behind the main house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from campus. The apartment itself is pristine & nicely decorated with a spacious living/dining area. We didn't use the small kitchen but it is fully equipped if we had wanted to cook a meal or two. The fridge was stocked with water & even a half gallon of milk! The dining table is big enough to accommodate up to 10 people & the living room has ample sitting space to watch TV or just relax. The high-end bedroom & bathroom linen made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel suite. We definitely recommend & will book the place again in the future.
