"The first night we were there, the toilet flooded the entire room, hallway & room next door @ 3am. The guy working the desk moved us to room 200 where we were greeted with a broken a/c. When we informed the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do because they were “fully booked”!! So we spent the night SWEATING instead of SLEEPING!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay & the convenience of the location.
The handle in the shower did come off in my hand when I turned it on, went back on easily & we were just careful when handling the control…BUT FORGOT TO MENTION TO FRONT DESK PERSONNEL…😲😲😲 refrigerator is on the small, small size, not holding taller cups/containers. Limited options on streaming channels/apps of TV.
Room was clean, looked nice, bed comfortable, shower nice power stream, ice machine on our floor worked - which is...

"The room was damp and smelled dirty. The lamp shade was stained. The TV was mounted so tacky. The floor of the shower was stained (looked dirty). The vent to the ac was molded as well as the light fixture above the ac. We had 1 towel, wash cloth and hand towel. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and were given 2 rooms with 1 King size bed. The clerk was able to get us 1 room with queen beds all the others were taken. We made our reservation at least a month in advance. No reason for us...
