The room was amazing and relaxing. The balcony was nice despite the noise from the neighboring hotel, Reverb, every night 9pm-2am due to their rooftop parties.
The staff were nice but, communication was not the best. Room service staff were also often unaware of hotel offerings and incorrectly stated items were not offered, despite it being a published item available per the hotels website.
Pool hours ended around 7pm daily… this is a waste of an amenity. The pool/rooftop bar closed at 9ish pm… another waste of an amenity.
For the price and the five star status I expected way more.
