"Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!! "

"COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay."

"Last year when we stayed there we had a nice complimentary buffet breakfast. This year there was no breakfast unless you ordered off an expensive menu. We didn't realize they had no complimentary breakfast or that it changed from last year or we would have gone somewhere else cheaper with a breakfast!"

But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. "

"This is advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. No one alerted us to this. Disappointing when the purpose of the stay was the pool."
