"The rooms were kid of Spartan. There were no closet space and no sitting area. For the Prices they charge , I would have expected a nicer room."

"Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a toe nail on the floor… there was grass in the bed sheets. The building has no way to get a snack or drink if no one is at the counter, only a virtual assistant. We came downstairs at 7am and most of the “breakfast” was gone. And to top it off the police were there at 5am banging on the neighbors door. Definitely didn’t feel safe. We left to get drinks and came back and the front door was locked. We had to be buzzed back into the hotel. Not family...

"Room was clean but the chair had stains all over it also no hand towels and only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days. The towels were like using ruff sandpaper to dry off with they scratched your skin. But on the good end the bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked."
