Cathy at the front desk was amazing when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and she was so welcoming and gracious waiting on us. The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast was fabulous.

The house was very nice - clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and fun with all the games! Diana was very responsive - communication was great. We were visiting friends who live near Pittsburgh so the location worked out very well for us.
