Freshly renovated apartment with two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a very bright living room in a condominium with a parking space in the basement and a beautiful swimming pool. The residence is private and monitored.
The apartment is fully equipped and enjoys a quiet and privileged location. Close to the water, it is located a few minutes from the La Foux shopping center. 4 km from Saint-Tropez and 9 km from St Maxime. There are means in troubleshooting to accommodate two additional people.

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé et propre système de code pour ouverture moyen et le fait de venir dans l’appartement pour récupérer les télécommandes pour ouvrir et se garer pas pratique. Bonne superficie et terrasse spacieuse.

Sehr zufrieden - mit kleinen Abstrichen hinsichtlich des Prozedere

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand alles top, und wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Check-In war furchtbar kompliziert, da es Probleme beim Einloggen in das Fewo-direkt-Portal gab (tausend Security Codes - dennoch kein Log-In möglich, aufgrund des angeblich falschen Codes. EINFACH NUR ZUM DURCHDREHEN, und völlig verkompliziert. Ich möchte mich nicht ständig wo einloggen, um wichtige Daten zu erhalten, weil ich auch noch Wichtigeres zu tun habe! Eine direkte Benachrichtigung, bzw. Weiterleitung der Infos vom Vermieter nach Eingang der Restzahlung per eMail würde alles einfacher machen. Das Call Center von Fewo-direkt hat dann geholfen, und uns zumindest die Nummer vom Vermieter zugesandt, den wir dann abends gottseidank erreichen konnten, um uns erklären zu lassen, wie wir ins Appartment in der Ferienanlage kommen und die Einlassschranke überwinden konnten. Handtücher waren im Objekt nicht vorhanden. Also am Besten mitbringen.

Short summer stay

Great apartment for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms plus we used the sofa bed. Great outdoor space to sit, eat and use the washing line. We loved the pool as well. Port Cogolin is a good 30 minutes walk from restaurants of Port Grimaud and equal distance between 2 ferry points to travel to St Tropez. Our mid sized car was a tight squeeze into the car park space.

Accès facile. Parfaitement situé entre St Tropez et St Maxime. Pistes cyclables immédiatement à proximité. Appartement en bel état et avec beaucoup d'équipements. Résidence calme et soignée.

Un chouette appartement pour de belles vacances

Nous avons d'excellentes vacances dans l'appartement, qui était conforme à la description sur le site et à nos attentes. Les seuls points négatifs, c'est que nous avons un peu "galéré" pour rentrer dans le domaine et pour avoir accès à toutes les fonctionnalités. Dans ce sens, la présence d'un concierge ou d'une personne nous fournissant des explications et/ou répondant à nos questions sur place aurait été le bienvenu. Nous avons aussi constaté qu'un des précédents locataires avait laissé des affaires personnelles dans les armoires et des aliments périmés dans le frigo. Ceci étant dit, M. Waterloos était facilement accessible par téléphone et texto et tout s'est aisément résolu dès le premier jour. L'endroit lui-même est très joli et très calme, le jardin est bien et régulièrement entretenu, la piscine de même. Il faut un peu marcher avant de rejoindre la plage la plus proche, ou bien il faut prendre son véhicule ou les transports pour aller à, par exemple, Sainte-Maxime ou Saint-Tropez. A quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement, il y a de bons petits restaurants, un grand centre commercial, un mini-golf et un parc d'attraction. La région est belle et surtout propice à toutes sortes d'activités.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé à Port Cogolin. La personne qui s'occupe du ménage de l'appartement a été très disponible pour nous accueillir le matin et réceptionner notre linge de lit et serviettes. L'appartement est propre et il est très bien situé : le meilleur moyen de locomotion est le vélo et tout est accessible. Nous allons sûrement revenir.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très joliment décoré, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour, la terrasse est très grande et rare dans cet emplacement. Séjour tranquille en juillet avec peu de monde et un grand plaisir de vivre une quinzaine dans ce beau cadre. la communication est parfaite pour répondre aux petites questions pratiques. Seul bémol : les housses de matelas et les protections auraient grandement mérité un lavage, dommage eu égard à la qualité des autres prestations...

Wohnung ok, Tiefgaragenplatz nicht nutzbar, unberechtigte zusätzlich Kosten

Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingeteilt. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Die Ausstattung gut. Die Tiefgarage ist für Autos der 70iger Jahre konzipiert und extrem eng und für Autos ab der Golfklasse nur für außergewöhnlich geübte Einparker nutzbar. Besonders ärgerlich sind nachträglich berechnete hohe Gebühren für die Reinigung von Bettwäsche und wenigen Handtüchern, obwohl eine Reinigungspauschale im Voraus erhoben wird und im Inserat von zusätzliche Kosten keine Rede ist. Keine Empfehlung.

Gute Erholung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten (für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ideal) in einer großen, ruhigen Gesamtanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und Tiefgarage. DieTiefgarage ist sehr eng und hat eine Einfahrtshöhe von 1,90m. Mit Box hatten wir noch 4 cm Platz. Die Wohnung ist mit guten Einbaugeräten (insbesondere mit einer großen Kühl/Gefrierkombination)ausgestattet und hat eine schöne und wirklich große Terrasse. Nachdem wir die Besucherparkplätze am Anfang nicht gefunden haben, haben uns nette Franzosen, trotz unserer fehlenden französisch Kenntnisse geholfen und gemeinsam haben wir die Wohnung dann gefunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Diverse Strände in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir konnten 14 traumhafte Tage bei Sonnenschein und tollem Meerwasser und schönen Ausflügen genießen. Jederzeit wieder.

belle découverte dans un endroit très calme, un logement bien d'écrit, tout le confort d'un électroménagers de pointe, petit bémol pour le divan blanc qui est usé et devrait être un trois places (a remplacer d'urgence) car pour 4 personnes le salon est trop petit et une personne doit d'office utiliser une chaise, nombreuse facilité environnantes. vraiment bien situé dans un petit port de plaisance calme et près des plages et très bien situé par rapport a Sainte Maxime ou Saint Tropez. mérite le détour.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Großanlage

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schön geschnittene Wohnung in einer großen, ruhigen Gesamtanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit guten Einbaugeräten ausgestattet und hat eine tolle, große Terrasse. Leider war das Geschirr und die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und die Erstattung des Reinigungsbetrages seitens des Vermieters wurde trotz Versprechend nicht eingehalten.

Schöne komfortable Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer hübschen privaten und ruhigen (wir waren im Juni dort) Feriensiedlung im Hafen von Cogolin. Sie hat eine wunderbare große Terrasse (Nachmittagssonne) mit schönem Ausblick und ist mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Es ist eine komfortable und sehr gut eingerichtete Fewo mit reichlich Geschirr, Gläsern, Kochtöpfen und Besteck, so dass der Geschirrspüler auch wirklich voll werden kann. Die Waschmaschine ist super! Das Auto wird in der Tiefgarage geparkt. Bzgl. der Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche sollte mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen werden, da die Bettdecken und Kissen eine für Deutschland unübliche Größe haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.

sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, alles zu Fuß oder mit Rad erreichbar, schöner Gemeinschaftspool, sehr ruhige Lage, riesen Balkon, ein Grill wäre vielleicht noch cool gewesen, Tiefgarage und Fahrradstellplätze vorhanden
