You'll be just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and only 5 minutes from the local golf course a short 7 minute drive to the Kootenai hospital. For more adventure, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes to Silver Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, Triple Play, featuring a year-round indoor water park, is just 15 minutes away!



Getting Around:

Getting Around The Flats: You'll find getting around Coeur d'Alene super easy from our studio! Free parking is available on site, with additional street parking nearby. For those flying in, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is about a 40-minute drive away. While public transit isn't extensive in Coeur d'Alene, ride-sharing services are readily available. The studio's central location means you're just a short trip away from downtown attractions, the lake, and local amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Parking Made Easy: Our lot is cozy, but no worries — there’s plenty of extra parking just around the corner on a quiet side street right next to the building. You’ll always find a spot!



Pup-Friendly Stay: We love welcoming dogs! There’s a $50 pet fee per stay to keep things fresh and comfy for every guest. (Sorry, feline friends — this one’s just for the pups.)



Please note: While there are no laundry facilities directly on site, a convenient laundromat is located just one block away.
