  • Approximately 1400 sq ft home has one bedroom, one loft area, one bathroom, great room, kitchen, dinning area. Main level bedroom has queen size bed. Upstairs has a large room that functions as a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds and sitting room. Kitchen is fully equipped including cook top, convection microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker,, toaster oven. NO OVEN!
    ***This house has zero stairs to access the loft/1bedroom but requires a winding staircase to access the downstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room and master bedroom area. There are also stairs to access the outdoor sitting/barbeque area.
    Barbecue area outside with picnic table and fire pit.
    Linens includes bedding, towels, and beach towels.
    The views and setting of this property is a true example of what Idaho has to offer. The woodsy setting, quite pristine views of the lake make it all worthwhile. We are very close to all the lake activities only 5 minutes to downtown Coeur d' Alene and within 30-45 minutes to Spokane airport, Silverwood Theme park and, three major ski resorts including Switzer, Silver Mountain, and Spokane Mountain. Access to the I-90 freeway is only 5 minutes from this home.
    Our rate is $225 to $285 per night depending on the time of year, We offer reduction rates for weekly rates 7 night minimum. We require $150 cleaning fee (includes extra cleaning for Covid). Rate is for families which includes 2 adults and 2(3) children. Or our place is great for just a couple getaway or two couples who want to come relax by the lake! More than 5 people is and additional $25 for each additional person. Pets are $150 per stay. We have a boat docking available for an additional $35 per day, water access to boat only. There is NO beach and water access included in this vacation rental, HOWEVER, there is awesome access to several public beaches within 1/2 mile to 1 mile of the vacation rental. Easy boat, kayak, paddle boarding launch right down the street super close. :)
    Recently added game room with ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, and corn hole game.

A short stay, but a great stay. Just had my son and my mom with me. The grandbaby didn’t get to come, but we enjoyed ourselves here for a wedding and had a great time. Thank you for sharing a beautiful home.

Great property. Close to the walking trails and lake. Beautiful location and views. Was a little smaller than it looked in pics and for anyone staying upstairs, was a pain going up and down every time you had to use the one restroom. Otherwise wood highly recommend.

This place was located very close to the lake and the view was beautiful. There is a 20+ mile walking/bike trail right up the road. It's easy to get to. We had a ton of fun. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing time away from the grind.

Weekend getaway

Spent the weekend in Cour d’ Alene celebrating our friend! We enjoyed staying here! The fire pit and seating was so relaxing with a great view. The whole house was so cute!

It was the e perfect location for a ladies weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday!! It was quiet, with a wonderful patio area where we could just relax, drink coffee, eat, and hangout. The location was perfect to get to town or on the freeway quickly. Judi was a great host too!!

Beautiful property. Best view ever! Sat on the outdoor patio for every meal. Cooked all our meals had everything I needed. We loved playing ping pong, uno and air hockey with the kids. Can’t wait to come back we would love to stay again!

Tranquil retreat

Judy and Jim’s place was the perfect spot to start our family road trip vacation! Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the game room was a hit with the whole family. The house is close enough to the city center to find everything you need but far enough away to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of CDA.

Beautiful lake views from inside and outside the property. Easy access to downtown-10 minutes. Wonderful house with great amenities. Enjoyed dining in with well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Amazing guest house

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us.

Special Get Away

It was an amazing get away from the business that we are used to; loved that it was close to everything but far enough to where it was private. Cabin was amazing and so beautiful and had such an amazing view. Everything was so clean and set up so nicely for our arrival. Thank you so much, it was 10/10 amazing!

Cute place.

Good location. I thought the cabin was cute. It has a nice view of the lake. Its right off the lake trail. Its 4 minutes to a fun mexican restaurant where I had a great strawberry jalapeño margarita. We had a great trip to Coeur d'Alene staying here.

Great time

Had a wonderful stay- close enough to town that we were able to make the trip often without it feeling like a chore but also felt that we were in a more remote setting when we were at the house. The house was well equipped and left us wanting nothing more. Our teen boys LOVED the ping pong table. Very clean, great communication with the owners- all around a 5-star visit!

Really nice house and location!

Yes, the spiral stairs are real, BUT, the whole house and property were amazing. Super clean, birds chirping, deer hanging around, NICE outdoor fire pit sitting area, everything was perfect. Gorgeous views of the lake, again, everything was perfect. thank you!

Nice view

The property was easy to access and close to town. Nice view of the lake. The stairs to get down to the main living area are a bit tight we left a light on to navigate the bathroom at night. The property was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. Only suggestion is beef up the internet please. It was spotty and only 10 mb at best.
