Spacious Family Home. 3 split bedrooms and office provide coveted privacy. Master Suite includes adjustable split King bed, TV and walk-in jetted tub. Guest bedroom has TV with adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs large loft bedroom includes twin bed, TV, desk, and a full size bathroom. Downstairs office includes desk, printer, fax, piano and relaxing reading area. Great room with fireplace, TV, sofas, leather chairs and adjoining full kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances. The kitchen bar has seating for 3, the dining room table will seat eight and step outside and the patio table has seating for six including a Weber grill. The downstairs mud room has a Speed Queen washer and dryer and ironing board/iron. The centrally located neighborhood has parks and biking paths that lead to the Kroc Center, Riverstone and the CdA downtown shops, restaurants and beaches. Favorite places to visit that are close by are Silverwood Theme Park (15 mi), Triple Play Family Fun Park with indoor pool, bumper cars and miniature golf (3 mi) and The Kroc Center with indoors pools, exercise equipment, sporting courts, climbing walls and many more fun attractions and it is just 3.3 miles away. Honeysuckle Beach on Hayden Lake is 4.2 miles away and Lake CdA beach is only 5.8 miles away.

Wonderful Location, Wonderful Host

Linda was wonderful, had great communication, and was accommodating. The location of the property was ideal. We brought our bikes and were able to ride trails all around the neighborhood from park to park, and there are a BUNCH! We also rode from the house to downtown Coeur d'Alene. I really liked that it was central between CdA and Sandpoint. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house has great decor and makes it feel very inviting. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids and the house felt like just the right size.

Beautiful Home and Close to Silverwood

This is a beautiful and spacious home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We were close to grocery stores and Silverwood. Our four children loved riding their bikes in the quiet neighborhood and watching Netflix on the big couch. Amazing experience and awesome kitchen to prepare meals and save some money. We enjoyed our stay and would book this again! Highly recommended! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us which my husband and I very much enjoyed.

Our stay in Coeur d'Alene Idaho

We were very pleased with our stay at this VRBO. It was well furnished with all the essentials of home from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry room. Very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in, we would gladly stay there again.

Coeur d'Alene Beauty

We absolutely loved our time here. Before our stay here, we had been doing lots of hiking and it was great to rest and relax here. It was super convenient to visiting family in Spokane Valley and we were just a short drive to the marina to watch the fireworks. This was one of the best houses we have stayed in.

Beautiful Family Friendly Home!

Our whole family (4 kiddos ages 8 to 15, 2 adults) stayed here for a week and wow, what a nice home to spend a vacation in! There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen including the stuff you always have to buy like zip locks and olive oil/vinegar, and my wife loved the specious kitchen to cook for a crew in! The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and were even adjustable so you could sit up and watch TV or prevent snoring (not that your spouse would ever snore). The yard was fun for the kids to play in, there was piano for my musician son to nerd out on, and plenty of games and Netflix and cable to to use for movie night or game night with the fam. The entire home is furnished very tastefully with natural stone countertops, wood floors, and modern lighting. The WiFi is strong, and worked great. Linda the owner was super great to deal with, and made us feel right at home! I would totally recommend this property and will be staying here again!
