For outdoor enthusiasts, the stunning Lake Coeur d'Alene is also a quick drive away, offering boating, swimming, and scenic beauty. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and proximity to outdoor adventures, making it an ideal location for families and those seeking both relaxation and recreation. You'll also find convenient access to major roadways for easy exploration of the surrounding areas.

Conveniently located, this property offers easy access for your travels. Free parking is available on-site. Spokane International Airport (GEG) is about a 45-minute drive from the house. Please note that public transit is limited in this area, so having a car is recommended to explore the surrounding areas and attractions such as Lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown Coeur d'Alene, which are a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please do not use the wood burning fireplace in the living area by the dedicated workspace. It is inoperable and not for guest use.

The property was very nice and just made us smile. Very enjoyable. Loved having family and friends around the fire pit. Gazebo was really nice for bar-b-qing. We loved it.

Golf Trip

Everything was as-advertised in the listing. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, and everything was in good working order. Nice if you want to come back to the house and chill but still close drive to really anywhere in town.

Clean, comfortable and well furnished home

We found this home to be very comfortable. Beautiful yard with a pair of nuthatches building their nest in the "tree house". We would recommend the following: The jetted bathtub needs a grab bar along with a non-slip mat in the tub and a non-slip bath mat on the bathroom floor. The tub floor itself was slightly slippery. We would also recommend a grab bar or similar such outside the home on both the front and back door steps. Our average age was 64.6 with the exception of an 18 year old. Our larger and tallest guest stayed in the lower bedroom. He recommends, when you renovate, to install a taller toilet and rotate it 1/4 turn to take it away from the nearness to the wall. The home was extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished. Thank you

First ever poor review

I normally don’t give reviews. However. We had a family emergency come up. Tried to cancel and owner wasn’t having it. Fine. I get it. No worries. They are here to make money and it’s the policy. So we went ahead with the rental. Property is way overpriced for what you get. One of the beds broke in half. Literally. The moment my 11 year old laid down. Carpets were dirty. The biggest negative. No A/C. No where in the description did it say it didn’t have an A/C. It would get to 90degreed at night and with little kids it was miserable. Property manager was amazing. 5 stars for her. Her communication was excellent. The owner really needs to consider updating many things. Cleaning carpets and spring for an A/C.

Family Gathering

This property was the perfect location for a family gathering. The backyard allowed our granddaughter to play, the garage gave refuge when the skies opened up on us (as well as the gazebo), and the owner was flexible about us having a family barbecue that extended beyond the house guests. This is a very spacious house and exactly as advertised! We might suggest a new vacuum cleaner, as we tried to spruce things up before we left and it didn't function very well. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great place for a large group

We had our roommate reunion (spouses included) and stayed at this property. It was nice to have a room for each couple and a large kitchen and living space to hang out. The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed a few lawn games as well as a lovely dinner under the gazebo. We saw several deer in the yard and the neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Family vacation spot.

This property was everything described and more! Our family enjoyed the wonderful back yard, and all the space this beautiful home had to offer. The property was minutes from downtown and close to so many restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our time spent here! ❤️

Nice location and home

This property was good for our party of 8- plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out. The location was perfect for our adventures. There were a few issues with the stay- we didn't receive check in information until a few hours prior to our arrival. Although there was no a/c, we were told that there would be plenty of fans. There was only 1 portable fan and 2 of the rooms didn't have ceiling fans, so it was a bit hot. One of the sprinklers shot directly into a bedroom window - a surprise for us at 6am!!! Also, the hot tub needed some chlorine, as the water was a tad dirty. Supplies were short as we ran out of paper towels and kitchen trash bags. All of these things were noted to the property manager, with only follow through with the sprinkler (later in the trip). Other VRBO's that we have stayed in have not had this lack of communication, so it was a little disappointing.

Quiet Location-Close to Services

The property is quiet, the house is well kept. Easy access to restaurants, stores and not far from I-90 down 4th Street. Would have preferred having air conditioning too.
