Downtown Coeur d'Alene is the place to be and that's why you won't be disappointed with this home. This newer home is less than a 10 minute walk to Coeur d'Alene's best amenities!! During your stay you will be able to enjoy all that downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer, including fabulous restaurants, entertainment, local shopping, hiking Tubbs Hill, picnicking at McEuen Park or swimming and playing on beautiful lake Coeur d'Alene. For those that enjoy biking, running or walking this home is one block from the Centennial Trail that in either direction offers the perfect views of the lake.

When you're not out enjoy all the fun festivities of downtown you can relax on the front porch and listen to the soothing sounds the water fountain or cozy up under the evening sky by the gas fire ring. The main floor of this pristine home offers an equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, living room with large screen tv with streaming apps, some cable & local tv channels, gas fireplace, master bedroom with queen bed, double vanity and double headed shower, beautiful half bathroom, laundry room and access to the back patio. Located upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, full bathroom with double vanity and family room with large screen tv with streaming apps (however no cable TV) and pool table.

Nice location and comfortable home. Small issue with WiFi but it was resolved quickly. Our only concern was allergens…dog bones under master bed, plug-in’s irritated our asthma.

Home Away From Home

This a fantastic home in an amazing quiet neighborhood. We love how close it is to all the main attractions and great shopping. When we’re back in CDA we will definitely be booking this place again.

Perfect Location!

The best location in Coeur d’alene! Tubbs Hill out the back door and the downtown is nearly out the front! East walk everywhere! Beautiful home and neighborhood! We’ll be back!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the neighborhood and Tubb’s Hill, the lake, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. Brandi, the owner, was so nice and the check in and out process was so easy! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home steps away from CDA and Lake

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. There are many touches that make you feel like you are in your own home. It is only a short walk to the lake and into the very cute town. There is a great binder in the kitchen filled with tons of information on what's around and things to do. We really appreciated all the great suggestions. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in CDA!

Great Cd'A Stay

My wife and I and another couple stayed 5 nights at this great place while we dd bike riding on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and Route of the Hiawatha. The accommodations were excellent and a very quiet location with close access to the downtown area and Tubbs Hill. We'd definitely stay there again if back in the Cd'A area.

Wonderful time in CDA!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little house. The house was the perfect location to bring my East Coast family to experience the PNW. The location and the house layout was great for 6 adults. Brandi went above and beyond when we ran into flight issues and was able to accommodate us best she could. We will for sure be back!

Nice House in Fantastic Location

This is a perfect home base for visiting CDA. Within walking distance to downtown, Tubbs Hill, CDA resort and beach. The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed use of sitting areas in the front and back of house. The neighborhood seems very safe. This is a great place to stay.

we had some issues with how the TV's work, and initiallylogging on the website. the network name wasn't properly ID'd. we were going to BBQ but the Weber had a rusty grate. didn't want to take a chance. other wise this was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. it had everything in the kitchen, bath, beds, which were really comfortable. its 2 blocks off Sheman Ave. where all the great restaurants and shops are. the Resort is right there too. tool an easy hike around Tubbs hill. when I startred I saw 4 and 5 year olds finishing up so I knew I was good. once they tighten up the electronics this place is great.

Great Stay!!

Beautiful home...very cozy vibe! Every room nicely decorated. Close to dowtown. Snow kept us from enjoying the outdoor firepit but the pooltable definitely was a treat while indoors. Absolutely loved this place and our stay. Owners communication was outstanding from begining to end. Will def seek another visit. Highly Recommend!!

Wonderful Home/ Early October Visit

We enjoyed staying at this house so much. It was beautiful, clean, plenty of kitchenware, plenty of towels, the location was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to town and the lake. Easy access to the interstate. The family room with the pool table was a big hit. Our 83 year old Mom enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom and walk in shower. No issues at all!
