  • Welcome to our home in Cody, Wyoming. This 3 bedroom 2 bath end-unit townhouse has been completely updated with new bedding and furnishings. This home is well equipped for a large family, 2 families with children or 2-3 couples. We have a port-a-crib available for the tiny one. It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32" Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and a large third bedroom with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here, you can enjoy picnicking, fishing, hiking, biking, walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next door in the cul-de-sac (a single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee). This property is owner-managed by a local family. We are available to answer your questions, give recommendations, and meet any special needs that might arise.

Our second stay

We stayed here in May '22 and enjoyed it so when we were returning in March we knew where we wanted to book. Great location, everything we needed was provided and the house was just as clean and comfortable and our previous stay. We will book here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and my children especially loved the cozy beds and the great selection of books. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the owner was incredibly easy to communicate with—very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Hockey Weekend

Clean, quiet and well stocked rental that fit our family perfectly. We were in Cody for hockey games and this rental was perfect for a family dinner and resting up in between games. It was also close to the rink which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a welcoming property that everyone enjoyed! We had a clean space with lots of amenities that worked well for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find & the host was quick to respond to any questions that we had! My husband was very impressed with his first VRBO stay.

Was a great house and quiet location. Checking in and out was a breeze. Had fresh linens on arrival. The included golf cart was really nice and saved time vs having to go rent one and pay the ever increasing prices. House is also centrally located to the main water park and gaming area. Would stay again!!

Very clean and located in a good neighborhood. Needs better air circulation in upstairs bedrooms. Needs update higher toilets and sinks in bathrooms for older people. Given the above it was still a nice stay.
