A convenient washer and dryer are located in the hall across from the bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom with queen size bed and half bath. A large balcony for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset make this second level a wonderful retreat. The bonus detached game room features a smart tv, a fun nostalgic NFL Blitz arcade game and queen size murphy bed. All bedrooms have wall unit air conditioning for your comfort in the warmer months. Outdoors, the fenced patio area off of the dining room with a newly added hot tub, outdoor dining space and bbq grill.
