This galactic-themed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in our newly opened "aparthotel" is sparkling clean, with brand new renovations and furniture. Located just across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends or families who want to splash in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach and professionally managed by Beachside Vacation Rentals, we are here to are here to maximize your travel experience!

The Space:
Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit A includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic marble flooring, playful galactic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a leather couch and and two armchairs to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a Milky Way breakfast bar providing seating for four. This unit is an ideal landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Book today to secure your trip!

The Neighborhood:
400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Getting Around:
Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Wonderfully charming place!! And just as pics show. Perfect locale - super walkable to all things. Our dog was also a guest and had his first ever walk on the beach and paws in the ocean (bucket list item-check!) Host was super responsive and the place has everything you could possibly want/ need. Will for sure plan to stay there again.

The property was overall great. Location was excellent and we loved having the private patio with outdoor shower and outdoor pool. The inside could use some updating (the photos must have been taken when it was first renovated) and the mattresses definitely need replacing. Unfortunately there was a family with 4 kids above us so a lot of noise being on the ground floor. That said, it was definitely a fun vacation and would stay again.

Okay but details important

The walls and baseboards could use a good dusting (magic erasers on walls /baseboards often ) -also curtains in back bedroom need to be replaced and scissor handle in kitchen is broken as well as drawer to the left of stove (2nd one down) -knives are rusting from not being dried properly and a more stable ironing board d would be appreciated -bedding was different than in pictures and bed was lumpy (suggest newer mattress) -description made it sound like you were closer to all activities and we did not find this to be the case -icemaker would be handy and did not realize washer /dryer was not in the room -details are important

Amazing, beautiful, Friendly, and Space-Themed

It was a great experience. It had incredible attention to detail. No matter what it was. There’s a Milky Way galaxy on the wall another pictures throughout. The floor looks like you are walking on the moon. We absolutely loved the outdoor patio and outdoor shower. They don’t have a hot tub but the outdoor shower is so refreshing. Then you walk out onto the pool deck, equipped with a grill, table, chairs, and a corn hole game. The pool is perfect for lounging in the shallow end but it gets to 4’6. Beautiful salt water pool. Perfectly stocked with anything you need to cook with, even spices, and K-cups. Beautiful rain shower head. Outdoor beach toys are available to borrow so you can pack light. King/ Queen beds, additional beds as well. This place is family friendly! Plastic plates and cups for little hands. And of course they match the decor. I would definitely recommend this place! We contacted the hosts a couple times, and they were super friendly and kind. You can see the Kennedy Space Center and Launch pads from the beach. The only thing I would have changed was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors stomping around and moving chairs. But that is out of their control.

Glad we picked this one!

Exactly what we were hoping for... great location, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Main reason for our choice was the private patio; the heated pool, just outside the back gate, was a bonus. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time we come to Cocoa Beach!

Great location- loved the pool

The place was plenty big enough for 3 adults, loved ALL the supplies ( coffee, chips/ cookies, beach towels , hangers!) Very close to the beach ** note- management may want to hand out parking passes for cars staying there, on the weekends people try to park in our lot to avoid paying 5/ hour for beach parking across the street!

Cute condo for Kennedy Space Center and beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was very clean and beautiful. Our 9 year old son loved being able to go from the beach to the pool in just minutes. Nice, safe area. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Management was quick to fix any issues we had. If we get the chance we will definitely book here again.

Adorable place!! I loved that there was a theme! I saw on their other listings they have other themes besides the one we had! The pool was clean and have laundry on the premises! Steps away from beach!! Great location if going on a cruise! Truly recommend!!

Great little place, fixed up nice inside and had a lot of extras as needed which is appreciated. Beds are comfortable and the location is amazing. We enjoyed our stay. You can hear the people upstairs and most seem heavy footed.

Anniversary Celebration

We came to Cocoa beach for our 15th Anniversary, We enjoyed ourselves, our stay was wonderful the place was clean and we enjoyed having a private patio it felt wonderful sitting outside in the evening. The bedroom we used the bed was very comfortable, We had to adjust to the upstairs guests they walked all night and was loud. We understood it didn’t cause our stay to be worse. When we went to bed it was quiet in our room to sleep comfortably. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Whenever we had a question there was a quick response. Thank you!
