This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2 children for a total of 6 guests. 

Casa Blanca is thoughtfully divided into two separate, fully equipped units. Each unit includes:



• A full kitchen with cooking essentials and kitchen supplies

• A full bathroom

• One bedroom with a king bed

• One bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a queen bed on the bottom and full bed on top

• Smart TVs

• High-speed WiFi

• Comfortable living space



Sol can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

We provide beach gear to make your beach days easier, including:

Load up the wagon, walk down to the sand and enjoy one of the best parts of staying this close to the ocean.



WALK TO DOWNTOWN COCOA BEACH



Casa Blanca is also just 2 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, putting you within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, shops and local favorites.



You can spend the morning at the beach, cool off in your private pool in the afternoon, then walk downtown for dinner and drinks without having to worry about parking.



BRAND-NEW + THOUGHTFULLY STOCKED



Casa Blanca is a brand-new build designed with comfort and a cleaner living environment in mind.



We use non-toxic linens and cleaning products and provide thoughtfully selected toiletries, kitchen essentials and everyday supplies so you can settle in without immediately running to the store.



Sol features amenities including Smart TVs and WiFi and boards games and puzzles, giving everyone plenty of options when it’s time to relax indoors.



If you are traveling with small children and need a highchair, pack and play, or dish-ware, we provide these at no cost. Simply let us know before check in so we can have them in your unit upon arrival.



PARKING + EV CHARGING



Guests have convenient on-site parking, as well as access to an EV charger during their stay.



SECURITY



For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are present outside the home. There are no cameras inside the units or in private interior spaces.

Casa Blanca is self managed by the owners Rachel and Sean, and Rachel's mom Tracy. We are available 24/7 and happy to answer any questions or concerns. Casa Blanca is a self check in property with an electronic keypad on the front door. We may stop by to check on the property but will always give you a heads up! Please note we have a weekly lawn and pool company that service the property on Monday and Thursday’s.

Casa Blanca requires a separate rental agreement to be signed by all guests 18+ after booking.



By booking Casa Blanca, Guest(s) acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their invited guests during their stay. This includes—but is not limited to—use of the swimming pool, outdoor equipment, and any other amenities provided on the property.



Casa Blanca, its owners, and managers shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, or damages that may occur during the stay. Guests assume all risks associated with use of the property and its amenities and agree to release Casa Blanca, its owners, and managers from any and all claims of liability.



Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use of the pool and all facilities.
