About this space
Stay aboard a good ol' boat, docked in Cocoa Beaches only beachside marina. This boat hotel...aka "Boatel" is a 1987 Carver Marinette and has two bedrooms, kitchenette, air conditioning, free wifi and other simple essentials you need to come and float your worries away. Spread out on top the boats deck and enjoy gorgeous views and daily live music while getting a nice tan. Time your stay just right and you can even see a rocket launch right from the captains chair!
The space
This is a lot like camping. There is no running water on board, we suggest you bring bottled. Bathrooms are not on board but bath house at the marina is just steps away. This old gem has a v berth bedroom up front and a bunk room on the side for sleeping. the couch and dinette in the living area is another sleeping spot. It's an Old Boat indeed and less then perfect around the edges. However , it's comfortable inside and well kept for its age! Don't expect a fancy yacht ;)
Guest access
There is plenty of free parking on site, free wifi. Access to the marina bath house is 24/7. Fishing is allowed anywhere around the marina or from the boat.
Other things to note
Staying on a boat is more about the adventure and the experience then glamor and comfort. If you're looking for mints under your pillows please book the Hilton instead.
Our boats are old but well maintained and comfortable. Weather can affect your stay, and this is a lot like camping.
We provide linens but feel free to bring your own for added comfort. The bathrooms are not on board but up front at marina bath house, and water is toted on board only.
