We just spent a week at the Love Villas, and it was amazing!!
When we arrived at the airport, Richard was there to greet us and whisk us away to a week in paradise. First up, a tour of the island, complete with a list of "must do's." Never have we ever experienced service like this-so warm, welcoming, and informational.
When we pulled up to the villas, it was like something from a movie-the beautiful turquoise villa located just 5 steps from the magnificent turquoise waters...never have we ever seen something so breathtaking.
The villa was stacked with anything and everything you could need or want-right down to the awesome toilet paper! They have literally thought of everything! Insulated tumblers, bottle coozies, blender, awesome ninja coffee pot, tupperware that was so nice, I ordered myself some after using it. Snorkel gear, water shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, grocery bags, playing cards-you need it, it's probably there. Never have we ever seen a set-up like this before!
When you first walk in, you become enchanted with the breathtaking views. The sliding glass doors open all the way, revealing a wonderful breeze and the beautiful sound of waves crashing. The furniture was beyond comfortable (we joked that you shouldn't lay on the couch unless you're ready to fall asleep!) The bed and bedding were amazing quality and comfort. There is air conditioning in the villa-3 separate units, but we hardly used it because the windows brought in such beautiful, natural air creating such a dreamy environment.
We can't forget the GEM cars! These cute little 4 seater cars were so awesome for touring the island. We went exploring all over and that wouldn't have been possible without the car. On several occasions, we packed a cooler, grabbed some beach chairs and snorkel gear, loaded up the car and took off for the day. There is so much to see and do and we are beyond thankful that we had the car to do so. Never have we ever had such fun exploring!
We enjoyed lots of great food and music. We felt very welcome by the towns people and greatly enjoyed interacting with them as we explored this beautiful island.
There are lots of places to rent on the island--none of which will give you an experience like staying at LOVE Villas. Do yourself a favor and look no further, because NEVER WILL YOU EVER experience lodging like this.
