We welcome you to stay at the most desirable location located in the neighborhood of Queru Queru - a beautiful area is known for its vibrant culture, rich history, and beautiful landscapes. Located right in front of the popular Paseo Aranjuez Mall, you’ll be in walking distance to a wonderful Cochabamba experience!

From the moment you walk in, you will be invited into a chic, spacious living room with a 2 piece sofas (seats up to 6 people comfortably) and TV with led lights to set the mood for full relaxation.

Kitchen has plates, cups, and all the utensils you will need. On top of that, we have a blender, water kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stove, and oven.

3 bedrooms, 2 are with TV and a spacious closet. The master room has its own bathroom and balcony with a speculator view of the city. The other two bedrooms can each sleep 2 adults comfortably.

2 full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body and hand towels for your personal hygiene.

The apartment complex has so many amenities that you can also enjoy. Get some steps in at the gym, which is located on 18th floor. You can also head to the rooftop for a cookout at the common grill area or take a dip in the pool while overseeing the entire city. These amenities are included but need reservation.
