The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Being away from the city centre, the area is much quieter, which is a bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was good. Only thing I would mention there was the lack of variety of fresh fruit, and no oats. In terms of location, the hotel is about 2.5 miles from the old town, so it's either a bit of a walk, or easy to get a bus there from the main road.
