"Beautiful old hotel in downtown Americus. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The restored hotel is lovely insid and makes one appreciate the history of this place. The rooms have high ceilings, comfy beds and beautifully updated bathrooms. Staff at Floyd’s were great as was the food. Would definitely return."

"First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again."

I was disappointed the pool was shut down because someone threw up in it but that was out of their control until tested. "Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!!
