This bright and open home is just minutes away from the best restaurants and shops in Santa Teresa but feels a world away from anything. With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean just beyond the private pool, you will find it hard to leave.

Great for families or for groups of friends. Pura vida!

Guests can cook in our spacious open kitchen while watching kids in the pool and listening to the sound of crashing waves on the beach below.

There is a large dining space inside as well as a dining space outside where many bird species can be spotted in the trees and shrubs lining the property. The living space is equipped with a smart TV and sofa. There is a full bathroom off the living room.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a fun loft, optimal for kids. The loft has a queen mattress on the floor. The bedroom has a en-suite bath room.

The second bedroom also has king size bed as well as a twin bed and a private terrace overlooking the jungle behind the house where holler monkeys can be heard and spotted. The bedroom has a en-suite bath room.

Both bedrooms have desks fitted for remote working.

The house was ideal. The location allows a nice breeze in the afternoon that cools the patio and the house. The kitchen is nicely stocked so cooking is easy. The road up to the house is very steep and a 4x4 is absolutely essential, but the hill is worth if for the views. The house is also very centrally located, good for restaurants and beach access.

Such a gorgeous place to enjoy the town of Santa Teresa! The home is private, spotless and very comfortable for 6-adults/children. The pool and common areas are exactly what you want to enjoy your stay in CR. Just a great set up with all the amenities you need for cooking, relaxing and having privacy when you need it. The view is superb and the outdoor dining with the pool to relax in makes this a very special place. Shops, restaurants and miles of beachfront are all within walking distance. Renting an ATV is Ideal, fun and very convenient to travel the entire southern region. But the star of the show is the host, Stefanie! A very personal welcome to ensure a smooth and easy check in. Explaining all features of the home, area recommendations. Without a doubt, ensure you have a 4X4 vehicle for the short main access driveway. No 2X4 vehicle can make the drive up the 200-meter road! Stephanie helped resolve that issue and even gave us secure, private parking at the bottom of the hill while we rented an ATV for all our access during the visit. Stefanie was very sincere in ensuring our stay and any questions were answered without haste! She is a Rock Star supporting many properties and one of the best Host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Simply a wonderful individual! Jairo's attentiveness to maintaining the grounds was super transparent. Always ensuring first that he did not interfere with any activities in while occupying the home! Don't miss out!

It was even more beautiful than the online photos. Loved relaxing by the pool after a day by the beach. Stefanie was wonderful in showing us everything and helping us get last min surf lessons for the kids. Jairo was a great help assisting us when needed. We loved every minute and hope to return some day.

Great place for a getaway

Came to surf for 2 weeks. Beautiful place with unparalleled views. Close enough to walk to restaurants and beach, but far enough away from the Santa Theresa strip for some quiet and privacy. Highly recommend

Oasis on the hilltop

This property is fabulous. The construction and quality and layout of the home is wonderful. The view from uptop the mountain is exactly how it is shown. Stefanie the property manager was excellent providing information and lining up both our fishing excursion and our massause. Our masseuse was incredible. The trip up/down the mountain is interesting as are many of the roads in Santa Teresa and El carmen and you need a 4 wheel drive for sure. Once you get there it is well worth the drive.

Nice adventure

Nice adventure with a few hiccups. The online listing didn’t mention the ruggedness of the road getting to the property or the steepness of the driveway. I would recommend a 4 wheeler or buggy to get around. There were a couple of maintenance issues on the first night but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the issues. The property manager was easy to work with with many cool recommendations.The view and serenity is worth it if you are adventurous.

Beautiful House with breath taking views

Great location with a beautiful view over the jungle and sea! Very secluded and private. Spacious, clean house with everything that is required for a nice stay. Property Manager Stefanie was proactively in touch for the check in and always available for any requests or questions. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay!
