The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure."
