The space
The Hilltop Hideaway is a uniquely designed 2,600 sq ft custom home with breathtaking views of Yosemite Lakes Park and the horizon. This home has an 1800 sq ft deck with beautiful views of Hensley Lake, a 5-city skyline view, and eco-friendly wildlife in the canyon below. The new custom-built hilltop deck is ultra spacious and is an excellent place for morning yoga, watching the sunset, enjoying the views from the hot tub, stargazing and bird watching. The home boasts of a second custom patio in its private 1800 sq ft courtyard with a custom wine barrel fire table great for gathering and watching movies outdoors. The courtyard also features a 14-foot Michael Phelps Signature Swim Spa for your exercise and relaxation with a propulsion system that creates currents up to 50 miles per hour. And when it's time to relax, guests can turn on the spa jets, waterfall and lights for the perfect end to their evening.
The home has has three spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a fireplace, porcelain floors, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light coming from windows on every wall and large sliding doors and skylights. The master bedroom opens up to its own private balcony to enjoy its spectacular views and city lights. The Hilltop Hideaway sits on 1.88 acres where deer, quail and rabbits freely roam, and where guests can explore the large granite and quartz boulders in the canyon while taking in the views. The home is part of Yosemite Lakes Park with guest access to the golf course and a clubhouse that hosts two restaurants and a pub. Located between Oakhurst and Fresno, this Coarsegold home is minutes from local wineries, Chukchansi and Table Mountain Casinos, near Bass Lake, Millerton Lake and Hensley Lake, and about an hour's drive to Yosemite National Park. The Hilltop Hideaway at Yosemite Lakes Park sleeps up to 10 people with the following sleep amenities:

- Upstairs with a Beautyrest 900-coil KING MATTRESS
- The room also has a CONVERTIBLE LOUNGER that folds out into a small bed

2nd Bedroom
- Located in the first floor and has a KING TEMPURPEDIC BED
- The room also has a CONVERTIBLE LOUNGER that folds out into a small bed
- Sliding door opens up to the spacious back deck

3rd Bedroom
- Located in the first floor has 2 standard twin beds

Living Room
- The couch has a pull out FULL memory foam mattress

Rollaways (all memory foam)
- 1st rollaway is on the first floor inside the 2nd bedroom closet
- 2nd rollaway is located in the loft on 2nd floor
Guest access
Guests will be able to access all the bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard deck, courtyard, hot tub, swim spa, backyard and land down the hill where boulders are found.
Guests are not allowed to access the garage and storage closets: 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Other things to note
No more worrying about where and how long to charge! A fast Level 2 EV charger for all electric vehicles is available and included in your stay.
All exterior lights automatically turn on at dawn and off at dusk. You many manually turn them on/off as well.
The property is located in the highest peak of Coarsegold in a cul-de-sac, which ensures more privacy than other areas in the neighborhood.
