When we called front desk they said go across the street for a vending machine or take the bus down town. Seemed more like a prison than a resort. No ac in the room and had to request a box fan from front desk to handle the heat in our room. "I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "
