Located at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa in Clymer, NY. This is the only condo (8280) for rent with its own hot tub that is on the ski slopes.

Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeps 18. This Condo is meant for large groups. It is located ON the ski slopes and it has a view of the 9th tee at the front. Privately owned and operated.

First floor: New large flat screen TV in living room, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, master bedroom with King and single sleeper sofa, full bath with walk-in shower and separate tub, washer and dryer and extra half bath. Living room has single sleeper sofa.

Upper floor: Three bedrooms. First bedroom is an enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed and TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has full trundle bed on top with twin pull out underneath. New flat screen TV. This bedroom also has another twin bed. Third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Full bath with double sinks and a new flat screen TV.

LOWER LEVEL: Walk out basement to the ski slopes. 5th bedroom with full bed and new flat screen TV and adjacent full bath with shower. Second living room with new flat screen TV. Second set of washer and dryer. Second refrigerator. Pool table. Queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa.

All resort amenities are available to the public, including indoor/outdoor swimming pools/hot tub, sauna, fitness center, spa, putt putt, 2 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts and more.
Providing there is ample gap between renters you can check in as early as 8 AM and check out as late as 6 PM. Check with us to make sure this benefit is available for your stay.

We do not offer pool passes. They must be purchased from the Peak.

Renters must be 30 years of age or older. We do not permit prom parties, high school graduations or allow large parties to be conducted at our home.
Please note we have a Private Caretaker who has been trained on how to clean the condo to disinfect it after each stay. This means she wears gloves and disinfects every surface, door knob, light switch, remote controls, phone, etc.
