"The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. "It was ok for a quick two night stay. For some reason they did not keep a lot of washcloths on hand. Everytime we"

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!"

"No hot water to take a shower. Offered new room the morning we were checking out so didn't have time. Wash rags had lot of dark stains on them. Requested full or partial refund. Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. "

"Nice lobby and very comfortable beds. This property hasn’t been updated since it was a Crowne Plaza many years ago. Area around the AC unit has chipped plaster. One of the hallways was blocked off so I’m not even sure if the pool was open. Stayed here before but not coming back."

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."
