"Ended up in St. Augustine lasr minute wirh the family. Booked this hotel and so glad that we did. The entire staff that we came into contact with was very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was super spacious , clean, had a microwave and fridge in the room which was great for warming up leftovers and storing our food. My mom and granddaughter loved the room, and it was the perfect size for us. We were able to enjoy being in the room without being on top of each other. The location...

"My brother and I were here for a weekend vacation, and the hotel was conveniently located near downtown St. Augustine. They offer a free hot breakfast, with orange juice, water, and coffee. The shuttle service was great, which takes you to and from downtown. This place is about 10-15 minutes away from Vilano Beach, which presents a clean atmosphere with excellent waves, making it great for surfing or boogie boarding. The staff was very friendly. "

It is close enough to historic downtown to walk but away enough that it’s quiet. Our room was beautiful and clean. The valet staff was incredible and so helpful. "What was a little disappointing for me is , you have a swimming pool, but no umbrellas ,‘I went to the pool with my sister but it was so hot we couldn’t stay there, we had to go early in the morning or at 5pm when the sun isn’t that strong, you should have umbrellas at the pool area , it will make it comfortable for your guests to be able to enjoy spending time at the pool, sincerely Candida,"

"The owners are truly amazing. I had issues with my last stay, and they found a way to accommodate me at 5 AM. Not many folks would do that. On top of that, they are super friendly. They work hard at their property and keep it very clean. They give all the amenities a larger hotel would, while also having a fantastic location. I had a gap in my stay and I returned to this property over a "nicer" hotel. I have no regrets about that; great people and a great property. "

"Great location, it was close to all the historic sites we wanted to visit. Rooms are clean. We had to ask for 1 more towel, there was only 1 in the room. The staff went and got more and brought to the room in undef 5 minutes. "
