"Beds and pillows were great. Breakfast was limited with a few options. Room Had no shampoo and when asked for extra towels. Staff gave us one extra and we had to go get the shampoo and towel. During check in…no one was at the front desk. Had to holler in the back for service. Go across the street to Motel 6!"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night."
