"Staff were uberhelpful."

"Staff was very friendly and this was a nice clean hotel. My only issue was because it’s probably an older property we could hear every noise coming from the room above- voices, sneezes, toilet flushes, footsteps, etc. there were earplugs and the air/fan was loud enough to cover a lot of noise."

"Check-in was supposed to be 4:00PM. We arrived early due to flight times, were told we'd be able to get into our room earlier. We left to look around town, checked back at about 3:00PM. Staff said we get our room by 3:30PM, then kept saying later and later. We were told the room wasn't cleaned, there wasn't enough staff, etc. Finally got into the room at 5:30PM with a raging migraine."

"Extremely expensive during summer season! No shuttle service to meet Amtrak, which arrives Six Minutes after 10pm. Shuttle service ends at 10pm & must have 24hr notice. I’m always stranded at the train station!"

"Great location and the staff was friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. Nice snack options provided for the rooms. There are breakfast options, but not an extensive menu. Coffee was great! I'd recommend Huck's place for a breakfast option with a more extensive menu. It's a less than 5 minute drive away. Good hotel option for those going to visit Glacier National Park."

"The room and bathroom were very clean! The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed the heated pool. The pool and hot tub appeared to be very clean and well cared for. The location of this hotel is tough to beat. 30 minute drive from the west entrance to GNP and 11 minutes from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Room is basically a motel 6 with a serious price tag. Black hairs - def not mine. Dust. Wrote it off. The fun part ? Trying to get a 250 charge for a cleaning fee stating I smoked. I don’t smoke. Manager dared to argue the “smoking evidence “ although no one knows what that may be. Clean your own hotel and dust. Before you accuse folks of trashing a room. Vile . Hard pass"

"My girlfriend accidentally forgot her AirPods in room 217 where we had stayed. I texted the contact number and informed them of this on the evening of 6/21/26. They told me they would check with housekeeping and get back to me. Five minutes later, I received a text saying they did not find it after the morning cleanup. The next morning (6/22/26), my girlfriend checked the location of her AirPods and found that their location. I sent a screenshot of this map location to the text contact...

"Very clean rooms and helpful staff! The continental breakfast was more “grab and go” style (ie granola bars, packaged muffins, fruit) and we kept having trouble with our keys not working for our door, but the staff always handled it professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend!"
