"I keep giving this place a chance because it’s location is convenient, close to the airport, the mall and the area is safe and calm. But i keep getting disappointed. The staff in this building are unbelievably rude, and disrespectful. On top of that you have to pay for both taxes and maintenance fees, meanwhile, they will never never come clean up your room unless you ask, and even when you do they will fine any excuse not to clean it. Asking for towels or any amenities feels uncomfortable...

"Quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, I slept well. I recommend it."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, and of course you can communicate with them in English. The bed was uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent."

Mala experiencia"

"Very pleasant stay in this hotel, in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Quality produits in the bathroom, great restaurant on site and the spa. The staff was very polite and thoughtful with a special attention for my birthday. I would highly recommend for a stay close to Paris without the stress of the city"
