"Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. "

The walk into Chester may not be suitable for some people however as it is quite a steep walk from the river, but there are nice walks along the river."

"We had another wonderful stay for a birthday trip. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! (superior room). Had a nice drink in the bar last night too. They kindly stored our bags for us for a few hours after we checked out, as we wanted to go back into the city before our train home. We will definitely be back! "
