"My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action."

Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities. "Room was very clean. Didn't have the breakfast. Very basic hotel,' but fine. A little hard to get to."

"Was given a room for late night check in, when we arrived the key was not in lockbox. They are very hard to reach, whennwe finally had someone on the property we found out our room was given to someone else. Not worth the hassle just book nearby at a Hilton. There were a lot of people just smoking or drinking outside their vehicles at midnight, didn't feel safe."
