Then I was given a room key to an occupied room, which I found out after walking in on the guests. The staff did the best that they could and apologized."

"The hotel was a great location with the mall and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was nice, check in and out was simple, and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was not much. Only Belgian waffles, dry cereal with milk, yogurt, and coffee. It would have been nice to have eggs and/or sausages, but for the price it was not bad."

"Took 27 minutes to get checked in. I was the 8th person in line. Pool was closed. No hair dryer in the room, called front desk and they did not have any. Breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy but no meat."
