"We stayed in the General George Meade room which was located in the Main House- a key location next to the pantry (espresso & Keurig coffee, teas, treats...) and a half bath near pantry (key if you need an extra bathroom!) and lobby and kitchen. The room was spacious, very clean, soft towels, and COMFORTABLE BED, good size shower, great shower head pressure, 2 pillow types to choose from, LOVELY decor and "peace and quiet" only 2 miles from downtown. "The entire place needs a makeover but with that being said our room was clean,air conditioner worked great. We were notified that they were short staffed so that the rooms wouldnt be tidied up but that if we needed towels to get them at the front desk. With all that being said i would definitely go back because the staff were doingvthe absolute best they could and were so very friendly and helpful. Hats off to Angie in particular. Thank you!"
