"Staff were quite helpful, the 2nd room was pleasant, everything worked in it, the first room we tried(accessibility room) was run down and dirty and had a smell but the staff allowed us to change which was fantastic. An elevator, the washer and two ice machines were broken though and only the elevator was fixed during the stay. The breakfast was a bit better than expected which was pleasant. For the price we got the value was good. Would recommend."

"All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back."

"I always book a Wyndam property because I dont have to worry. But this hotel is sub par. Could only get one key upon check in, and my husband and I were going in opposite directions. We got back to the hotel late, to find no coffee maker and the TV screen was malfunctioning, as well as the remote. Went to bed, was woken up by what sounded like construction going on in the hallway. We left the hotel early the next morning for a family reunion. Followed their instructions for getting room...

"The building requires some maintenance. My room lacked a microwave, and I the tv was kind of outdated. But everything was pleasantly clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall everything was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with the same pricing. If I ever come back to New Braunfuls I'd pick to stay here again."

"Buffet breakfast? Nope. Just cereal and coffee. Other than that, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a bottom rung budget motel - a near adequate place to park, sleep, and shower."

"Nice room, close to I-35 but had to do U turns when doing business in town to get back to motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator in room was noisy but otherwise mostly quiet."
