The front attendant told me that the owner changed the name from Rodeway inn to Hotel Avenida because it would be”better for business”. "The hotel is clean enough. Staff are helpful. A great place to lay your head, but you do need a car to get around. Fortunately, they do have parking here. WiFi is good for virtual meetings too."

"Had decent breakfast daily. Checkin staff were courteous. No microwave in room which was very inconvenient and strange. The room was not very clean. We had someone vacuum under the bed twice and still had garbage under the beds. Paying to park when you are paying to stay at the hotel is a little greedy. Wouldn't stay here again."
