"The staff was great! The room was ok. Double beds in rooms make it difficult for 2 adults in one bed. Room does not have a mini fridge. Carpets are awful, dirty and need replacing. Cleanness was hit and miss. Beds and towels were clean or new. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Pool area clean but needs wall repair. Breakfast was the typical inexpensive continental breakfast. A few restaurants within walking distance. Location is good for, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water country....

"I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. "

"The room was updated and very clean. Exceeded my expectations. It was the only hotel/motel in the area, which caused concern but, they have done a good job keeping it up to date."

"The room lighting could’ve been better. The lights by the bed didn’t work independently, to turn off one you got to go through turning on the other one, then the two of them and finally would all turn off. No switch next to the entrance door. Breakfast omelettes were OK, not very nice. Few bread options."

"Our stay was okay but there was construction and the pool and hot tub near our room was closed for the season. Wasn’t what we expected. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly, but did not explain how to get to our location."

"The grounds and Williamsburg era residence are lovely. The pools are large and appealing. We thought the dining would be less casual and had to go elsewhere for dinner. We also didn’t want karaoke, just a quiet dinner. Fine for families with kids not for more sophisticated travelers."

The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4...

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."
