"The front desk was poorly attended. When I called, the phone was not answered so I had to walk down to the front desk. This was not convenient. The first room they assigned to me had a strong musty smell (6th floor). I went back to the front desk and they gave me a different room, which did smell better."

"Super clean and comfy! All the staff we interacted with were absolutely lovely. Especially the barista! It was a quiet location even though it was right next to a busy highway. The only "downside" is that the doorway area isn't as well soundproofed so you do hear a lot of hallway sounds, though, that really wasn't any issue for our trip as there weren't any disruptive guests. Overall, great choice- would stay there again!"

It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"I would not call it a breakfast, it only had bagels, bread , mini muffins and apples, 2 types of cereal. no tea bags and only 2% milk which 1 morning it was sour. The room had 2 beds, a desk and office chair. No bag for the ice bucket which was dirty.The TV only had 6 chanels which we could watch. For the money we paid We would never stay here again and think about ever staying at another Days Inn."

"We stayed here to be close to the TPC River Highlands golf course. It was super convenient. It is well situated to get around to many different towns to do day trips and big box shops. The restaurants within walking distance are delicious - namely, Mizzu Asian, The Cromwell Diner, Cafe Fiore just to name a few.
