Zwar gibt es in der näheren Umgebung außer eben Golf und der nahe gelegenen Alcantara Schlucht nicht viel sehens-/erlebenswertes, aber wir hatten gutes Timing mit dem Wetter und konnten bei Dunkelheit den zurzeit aktiven Ätna bestaunen, das war es für uns wert. "Très jolie domaine. Au calme dans les vignes et oliviers. Possibilité de déguster et d'acheter du vin. Il y a une superbe vue sur la côte de Taormina et également sur le volcan. On a pu avoir la chance de voir une fin d'éruption au petit matin . Petit déjeuner consistant pour commencer une bonne journée. "

"The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!"

"Superbe endroit, très dépaysant et relaxant mais difficile à trouver car mal indiqué… Autre petit bémol, un peu étrange qu’il n’y ait personne sur place 24h/24 et en particulier, la nuit. "

"The property is lovely, lots of flowers and a very nice pool and sun deck. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed. We had dinner there and were very surprised at the quality of the meal. Breakfast was very nice and the service was great. We recommend il Borgo!"

"The best thing about Casa Blandano is its location, location, location. Being in the heart of Castelmola allowed me to enjoy this peaceful, mountain top village in the early mornings and late evenings after all the day trip tourists have all disappeared. Castelmola is truly magical at night. My room at Casa Blandano was comfortable and gorgeous with a window that opens out to the Castelmola main plaza. The breakfast was good too.
