"The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
