"The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and really clean. The bed was ok, I guess my only criticism would be it could maybe do with a new mattress, you could tell it was quite old and if you rolled near the edge of it there was no support and you pretty much fell out of bed :)
There was a good choice at breakfast every day and a selection of full English items which was nice.
Apart from that it was a convenient location at a reasonable price. "

"Lovely well kept hotel. Room was immaculate. Lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent a wide range of continental and cooked food. Beautiful well kept grounds, and the garden's well kept and beautifully presented. We will definitely return. Thankyou so much.

"Really nice modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff and beautiful reception and dining areas.
Ideal location to explore the city centre and only a five minute walk to the train station.
We enjoyed our 2 nights in a King Double room, lovely comfy bed with tasteful modern decor. Bathroom very clean and powerful shower!
When called for extra soaps and hot beverage things, staff were fast and generous.
Would recommend and definitely be looking for Hyatt hotels more often from now on 😃
