"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again."

"Conveniently located for visits to MSU. Very friendly and helpful staff good location close to the highway and restaurants. The building is a little dated and could use some maintenance but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this is decent value."

"The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The desk attendant was very helpful and kind and the breakfast was great as well"

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"
