"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were approached by a sales team member within minutes of arriving and talked into a presentation for a membership opportunity that was supposed to last only 90 mins and included $200 coupons for the spa. It ended up being longer even after declining the membership and the coupons did not cover what we thought when we got there."

"Excelente 👌"

"Gostamos de começar o dia com calma. O café da manhã ia até as 11h, então não havia necessidade de acordar cedo. Depois íamos para a praia. No fim da tarde, ficávamos na piscina. À noite havia muitos restaurantes. Uma rotina perfeita de férias."

The listing states that towels are...

The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

"We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price."

"I loved the peaceful tropical atmosphere of this hotel. Being so close to the beach and surrounded by great cafés, bars, and restaurants makes the location unbeatable. The kitchenette and reliable internet are perfect for longer stays."
